• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth food production and service.
• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes while maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to foster a collaborative team environment.
• Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and ensuring proper storage practices.
• Implement and uphold food safety regulations to guarantee the health and safety of all patrons.
• Collaborate with management to develop new menu items that reflect seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.
• Train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques, food preparation methods, and safety protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen area.
