Job OverviewWe are looking for a driven
Sales Representative to drive revenue, manage client relationships, and support sales operations. The ideal candidate has strong communication and negotiation skills, experience with CRM systems, and a results-oriented mindset.
Duties- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals
- Handle client inquiries and maintain accurate sales records in CRM
- Support onboarding of new clients and provide product training
- Assist with sales forecasting, performance tracking, and expense reporting
- Supervise junior team members and guide daily sales activities
- Coordinate with marketing on sales materials and collateral
- Maintain professional communication across departments
Experience- Proven sales experience with strong negotiation and organizational skills
- Supervisory experience is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Experience with lead generation, client management, and reporting
- Background in training or onboarding is a plus
- Excellent communication and objection-handling skills
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities
