Nineteen Projects Pty Ltd is seeking a qualified and experienced full-time Hairdresser to join our professional and friendly team. We are looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about hairdressing, committed to delivering outstanding customer service, and capable of maintaining high standards of workmanship.This is a permanent full-time position offering a supportive work environment and excellent long-term career opportunities.Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to determine their hairdressing needs and recommend suitable hairstyles and treatments.
• Cut, trim, layer, and style hair using a variety of techniques.
• Shampoo, condition, and perform scalp and hair treatments.
• Colour, tint, bleach, highlight, balayage, and tone hair.
• Carry out chemical treatments including straightening, perming, and relaxing.
• Blow-dry, curl, straighten, and style hair for everyday wear and special occasions.
• Recommend professional hair care products and advise clients on ongoing hair maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe work environment.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sanitised and maintained.
• Assist with stock control and ordering salon products and supplies.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
• Mentor junior staff and apprentices where required.

Essential Requirements

• Certificate III in Hairdressing or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant full-time experience (or at least 3 years of relevant experience if no formal qualification is held).
• Demonstrated experience in cutting, colouring, styling, and chemical hair treatments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality service.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
