- Visa Sponsorship: Subclass 482, providing a pathway to Australian Permanent Residency.
The Role: We have multiple Speech Pathology roles available across Perth and Melbourne including fully mobile positions visiting clients in their homes, as well as community settings and facility-based positions. You’ll work with NDIS participants, aged care clients, and the broader community to provide high-quality assessment, therapy, and intervention. We welcome both experienced clinicians and new graduates — our clients offer structured graduate programs and mentoring to help you grow your career from day one.
- Competitive Salary: AUD $80,000 – $130,000 + 11.5% superannuation.
- Relocation Support: Up to $5,000 AUD financial assistance.
- Visa Sponsorship: Subclass 482, providing a pathway to Australian Permanent Residency.
- Accommodation Support: Temporary housing
- Vehicle: Novated car leasing available and temporary car can be provided for eligible roles.
- Tax Benefits: Salary packaging up to $15,900 AUD.
- Added benefits: Entertainment/holiday benefits: $2,650 AUD per year.
- Leave: Five weeks annual leave plus Christmas leave.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct assessments and deliver personalised therapy programs.
- Support communication, swallowing, and social participation goals.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate records and comply with NDIS practice standards.
What We’re Looking For:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology.
- Eligible for full membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
- Valid driver’s licence for mobile roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for helping clients achieve their goals and a warm, collaborative approach.
