Senior Food & Beverage Attendant

A Senior Food & Beverage Attendant is an experienced hospitality professional who provides high-quality food and beverage service while supporting supervisors with daily operations, staff guidance, and customer service. Job Description Typical responsibilities include:

• Greeting and serving guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Taking food and beverage orders and serving meals and drinks.
• Preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (where required).
• Setting up and clearing tables and function rooms.
• Handling customer payments and operating the POS system.
• Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
• Assisting with stock control and inventory.
• Training and mentoring junior food and beverage attendants.
• Helping supervise service during busy periods.
• Resolving customer concerns and ensuring excellent guest satisfaction.
• Following food safety, RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol), and workplace health and safety procedures.

Pay: $5,000.00 – $6,250.00 per month Benefits:
