As part of a growing hospitality group, we are committed to culinary excellence, teamwork, and creating exceptional dining experiences.About the RolesWe currently have multiple opportunities for Sous Chefs and Chefs de Partie.
  • As a Sous Chef, you’ll work closely with the Head Chef to lead and inspire the team, ensure smooth service, maintain high standards, and contribute to menu development.
  • As a Chef de Partie, you’ll take ownership of your section, delivering consistent quality, efficiency, and creativity during service.

Both roles are hands-on and crucial to the success of our kitchen.What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in a similar role (Sous Chef or CDP) within a high-volume, quality-driven kitchen
  • Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and a passion for seasonal produce (preferred but not essential)
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining precision and attention to detail
  • A positive attitude, strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
