The ideal candidate will have experience in meal preparation and food handling, with a strong understanding of food safety standards. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality meals to our customers while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Responsibilities- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menus.
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
- Assist in the planning and execution of daily meal preparation tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of food items.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety practices.
Requirements- Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar role within the food service or restaurant industry.
- Strong knowledge of meal preparation, food handling, and food safety protocols.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with other staff members.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
- A passion for cooking and creating delicious meals that satisfy customers' needs.
