Good engineering only delivers full value when the people operating and maintaining it have documentation they can actually rely on. If you enjoy taking complex technical information and turning it into something clear, structured, and genuinely useful, this role sits right in that space.
Company InformationOur client is a specialist engineering organisation delivering complex offshore and energy projects. Their Process Department works closely with Process, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Telecom Engineers to deliver complete, well-documented project outcomes. Quality documentation is treated as a core part of project delivery, not an afterthought, and the team takes real pride in the standard of what they hand over to clients and end users.

You will be responsible for developing operation, maintenance, and project manuals across a range of offshore and energy projects, working directly with engineers to make sure nothing gets lost in translation between technical complexity and practical usability. This role suits someone who is naturally organised, comfortable navigating technical detail across different disciplines, and confident managing documentation through to a polished, professional final product.
