The position can be based in either our San Francisco office or our new New York City office.About the RoleAs a Senior Partnership Manager on the External Partnerships team, you will play a key role in strengthening and growing Taskrabbit’s most important retail partnerships in the delivery and home services space. You’ll act as the strategic owner of partner relationships at the corporate level, ensuring partner needs are met, owning partner performance across delivery and assembly operations, and joint initiatives drive measurable revenue and volume growth.In this role, you’ll translate partner goals into actionable plans, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, Product, Marketing, and Support), and help shape the playbooks, processes, and insights that support scalable partner success. This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role ideal for someone with 4–8 years of experience who is energized by problem-solving, communication, and building trusted external relationships.What You’ll Work onPartner Relationship Management
  • Own day-to-day partner relationships across corporate stakeholders, priority stores, and internal teams.
  • Support new partner launches, onboarding, and training to ensure adoption, operational readiness, and high partner satisfaction.

Operational Excellence & Issue Resolution
  • Monitor partner performance, identify operational gaps, and work with internal teams to resolve issues around fulfillment, delivery quality, customer experience, and product/tool usage.
  • Conduct partner audits to gather insights, strengthen relationships, and drive improvements in processes and in-store execution.

Business Growth & Strategic Initiatives
  • Analyze booking, revenue, and volume trends to surface insights and opportunities for growth.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives like new product rollouts, pricing changes, new operational flows, and partner-specific experiments that drive incremental volume.
  • Own account-level planning aligned to partner and company growth priorities.

Communication & Reporting
  • Own partner-facing communication, including business reviews, reporting, and operational updates.
  • Summarize data, feedback, and learnings for leadership to shape strategy and decision-making.

Process Building & Continuous Improvement
  • Contribute to internal documentation, Partner Playbooks, training material, and scalable processes for future hires and cross-functional teams.
  • Provide feedback to Product and Ops to influence prioritization and improvements across our partner-facing tools and experiences.

Your Areas of Expertise
  • Account & Partnership Management - Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate stakeholders and store-level teams to drive adoption, alignment, and long-term success.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Working seamlessly with Operations, Product, Marketing, and Support to deliver partner value and resolve issues quickly.
  • Operational Problem-Solving - Diagnosing root causes in fulfillment, delivery quality, booking flows, or partner experience and driving corrective actions.
  • Data-Driven Insights - Interpreting revenue, and performance trends to inform strategy, identify growth opportunities, and prepare partner-facing narratives.
  • Project & Launch Management - Supporting partner launches, process rollouts, and strategic initiatives while coordinating communication and timelines.
  • Process & Playbook Development - Creating and maintaining scalable documentation, onboarding materials, and best practices for both internal teams and partners.
  • Communication & Presentation Skills - Crafting clear updates, business reviews, newsletters, and operational guidance tailored to different audiences.

Compensation & Benefits: At Taskrabbit, our approach to compensation is designed to be competitive, transparent, and equitable. Total compensation consists of base pay + bonus + benefits + perks. The base pay range for this position is $106,000 - $141,000. This range is representative of base pay only, and does not include any other total cash compensation amounts, such as company bonus or benefits. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above and will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, geography, and level.You’ll love working here because:
