Automotive Electrician

We are currently seeking an Automotive Electrician to join our team in Hamilton. The successful candidate will play a key role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles and small engines to the highest industry standards.Full time permanent position , pay rate $30 to $35 depending on experienceMust have at least Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience or a relevant Level 4 or higher qualification in automotive mechanics or electrical engineeringKey Responsibilities:· Diagnose, repair and replace automotive electrical/electronic systems (charging, starting, lighting, infotainment, ADAS where applicable).· Install and integrate aftermarket and OEM electrical components and accessories.· Read wiring diagrams; perform fault finding with scan tools and multimeters.· Program, clone and repair control modules (ECU/TCU/BCM) as required.· Test and calibrate systems and components after repair for proper performance.· Follow safe work systems for batteries, high-current circuits and high-voltage EV/HEV systems.· Complete job cards, time records and customer documentation accurately and on time.· Maintain a tidy, safe work environment and comply with all H&S procedures.What We Offer:
