Our Hamilton branch is looking for a passionate and experienced Chinese Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team and help deliver authentic Indo-Chinese cuisine to our local community.Visit us: https://oodleswok.co.uk/ Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook high-quality Indo-Chinese dishes including noodles, fried rice, Manchurian, chilli chicken, etc.
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and food safety standards.
• Supervise kitchen staff and manage food prep during peak hours.
• Ensure stock levels are maintained and report shortages to the manager.
• Follow Oodles Wok franchise recipes and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a chef specializing in Chinese or Indo-Chinese cuisine.
• Good understanding of wok cooking techniques and Asian spices.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong team player with leadership ability.
• Food hygiene certification preferred.
