Visas accepted: Citizen, , H1B, Hours:40 Please send resumes to A PeopleSoft HCM Conversion Expert is responsible for migrating data from a PeopleSoft Human Capital Management system to another system, often Workday. They analyze, map, cleanse, and transform data to ensure a smooth transition. This includes performing data validation, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with various teams.
Here's a more detailed breakdown of the responsibilities: Core Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis and Mapping:

Analyze data structures and requirements in both the source (PeopleSoft) and target systems to create accurate data maps.

• Data Conversion and Migration:

Extract, transform, and load data from PeopleSoft to the target system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

• Data Cleansing and Validation:

Identify and resolve data quality issues, ensuring the data is accurate and complete before and after conversion.

• Testing and Troubleshooting:

Develop and execute test plans, including mock conversions, to validate the conversion process and identify and resolve any issues.

• Technical Support:

Provide technical support for all conversion-related activities, including resolving data issues and providing guidance to other team members.

• Collaboration and Communication:

Work with various teams, including functional analysts, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure a successful conversion.

• Documentation:

Document the conversion process, data mapping, and any issues encountered, ensuring clear communication to all stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience:

• PeopleSoft HCM Expertise: Strong understanding of modules and data structures.
• Data Conversion Experience: Proven experience in data conversion, data mapping, data cleansing, and data validation.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, data manipulation, and data analysis tools.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve data issues and technical challenges.
• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience with Target Systems: May include experience with Workday or other target systems.
