About the Role
This Investment Banking Associate position reflects the type of front-office, revenue-generating banking role that Career Launch AI candidates regularly land through our network of over 75 recruiting partners and 300+ industry professionals.Associates are responsible for managing deal execution, leading analysts, interfacing with clients, and driving value across transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead execution of M&A, leveraged finance, and capital markets transactionsOversee analyst workstreams, modeling, and materialsBuild and review complex financial models and valuation analysesPrepare pitch books, CIMs, management presentations, and internal memosCoordinate due diligence across bankers, lawyers, accountants, and clientsPresent findings and strategic recommendations to senior bankers and clientsHelp originate new mandates by supporting pitch strategy and idea generationManage transaction processes, timelines, and deliverables
What You Bring
2–4 years of investment banking analyst experience OR an MBA with prior finance experienceMastery of financial modeling, valuation, Excel, and PowerPointStrong leadership abilities and experience managing junior team membersExceptional communication, writing, and presentation skillsAbility to manage multiple live deals in a high-pressure environmentBachelor’s or Master’s from a U.S. institution (Finance, STEM, or business preferred)
