Senior Software Test Automation Engineer(Chinese& English)

About UsEVER DISH is an Ireland-based international food technology company specializing in the development of innovative SaaS solutions for the hospitality industry.Our product portfolio includes POS systems, online ordering platforms, self-service kiosks, mobile applications, payment solutions, and restaurant management systems, serving customers across Ireland and the UK.As our engineering team continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Senior Software Test Engineer (Automation) to help us deliver stable, scalable, and high-quality software products. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test cases based on product requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and API testing for Web, Mobile Apps, POS systems, and Back-office platforms.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance UI and API automated test scripts.
• Validate database data using SQL.
• Report, track, and verify software defects throughout the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and QA team members to ensure software quality.
• Continuously improve testing processes and increase automation test coverage.
• Support automated testing within CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of software testing experience.
• At least 2 years of automation testing experience.
• Solid experience in Web, Mobile App, and API testing.
• Hands-on experience with at least one automation testing framework such as Playwright (preferred), Selenium, or Cypress.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with SQL, Git, and Jira.
• Good understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills with a proactive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on POS systems, Hospitality, SaaS, or E-commerce platforms.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Experience in Performance Testing and/or API Automation Testing.
