We are looking for CHEF who like coaching and growing the team they supervise, who have a keen eye for detail, a solid grasp of budgets, and the skills and motivation to go above and beyond those budgets. Roles and Responsibilities: Coordinating daily KITCHEN operations between the front and back of the house while coordinating with the cooks for meal preparation. Delivering top-notch service to ensure complete client satisfaction. Maintain hygiene and food safety In order to effectively address consumer issues, review product quality frequently, and look into new suppliers. Managing and coordinate shifts evaluate employee performance and offer suggestions to boost output. Calculating anticipated use of food, operational items, and other supplies while keeping track of stock levels and financial activities. Making sure that the rules for safety and sanitation are followed. Controlling operating expenses and find ways to reduce waste. Making thorough reports on weekly, monthly, and yearly income and spending. Using restaurant events and word-of-mouth marketing to raise awareness of the brand in your community. Give suggestions about how to reach a larger audience (e.g. discounts and social media ads) teach both new and existing staff. Deciding on and arranging special events. Making reservations, welcoming visitors, and assisting with order taking. What you'll require is: 2 years or more in a similar position in a busy environment. CERTIFICATE 4 in commercial cookery. Excellent people skills and a suitable attitude the capacity to lead, grow, and collaborate with a large team. Industry enthusiasm Knowledge of Wine & Cocktails is a plus. Being able to take the initiative and lead in these practical roles a strong sense of finance and the willingness to go above and beyond.
