Builders / Handover Cleaner x3 – Construction Sites Western Sydney | Contract / Subcontract | Ongoing WorkVibe Contractors is seeking experienced Builders / Handover Cleaners to join our growing team across civil and commercial construction projects.This role is suited to individuals who understand construction environments and the standards required at final handover stage. We operate on Tier-1 and Tier-2 construction sites where quality, safety, and professionalism are critical. This is not domestic cleaning. Experience in builders cleaning is essential. Key ResponsibilitiesFinal builders clean and handover cleansRemoval of construction dust and debrisDetailed cleaning of windows, frames, tracks and glassCleaning of walls, skirtings, doors and joineryBathroom and kitchen detailingFloor vacuuming, mopping and finish preparationPreparing site for practical completion inspectionsAttending defect rectification cleans if required RequirementsMinimum 2 years experience in builders cleaningWhite Card (mandatory)Ability to work independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and pride in their workReliable transport (some sites not accessible by public transport)Clear communication and professional presentationAustralian working rightsSubcontractors with ABN and appropriate insurances are welcome to apply.
