Devops Engineer (W2 OR H1b Transfer)

Job Title: DevOps / Cloud Engineer (SRE) Location: Dallas, TX
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps / Cloud Engineer with expertise in modern cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and site reliability practices. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with automation, containerization, monitoring, and troubleshooting, ensuring high availability and scalability of systems.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment.
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Deploy, monitor, and scale applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement automation and configuration management using tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Develop scripts in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation and operational efficiency.
• Set up and manage monitoring and logging solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, Datadog).
• Ensure security, scalability, and performance across infrastructure components.
• Troubleshoot system issues, ensuring reliability, uptime, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to drive DevOps best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Cloud Engineering.
• Strong expertise with at least one cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, CircleCI).
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, Datadog).
• Understanding of networking, load balancing, DNS, and firewalls.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
