In this role, you won't just be managing paperwork, you will be a champion for our workplace environment, designing initiatives that make our company a truly fantastic place to workThis is a true generalist position that blends operational HR excellence with culture-centric strategy. You will support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, acting as a trusted advisor to our team leaders while managing initiatives around wellness, inclusion, and professional growth. Key Responsibilities:Employee Experience & Culture: Lead engagement initiatives, analyze employee feedback surveys, and actively develop strategies to improve workplace satisfaction and retention.Performance & Coaching: Partner with people managers to provide guidance on coaching, constructive performance management, and career development frameworks.Lifecycle Management: Oversee onboarding and offboarding experiences, ensuring new hires are seamlessly integrated into our company culture from day one.Employment Relations: Provide clear, compliant advice on day-to-day workplace queries and employment relations matters in accordance with New Zealand legislation.Health, Safety & Wellbeing: Drive organizational wellness programs, promote psychological safety in the workplace, and maintain up-to-date health and safety protocols. What We Are Looking For:The Experience: Some experience in a progressive HR or People & Culture role, with a strong familiarity with the New Zealand employment landscape.The Mindset: A people-first approach with a high level of emotional intelligence (EQ). You are someone who listens actively and solves problems creatively.Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to build high-trust relationships across all tiers of the organization.Adaptability: Comfortable shifting between high-level cultural projects and day-to-day administrative compliance.Pay: From $5,500.00 per monthBenefits:
