B2B E-commerce Sales Representative (OPT/CPT Welcome)

About Us: Custom Blanket Inc. is a fast-growing Print-on-Demand (POD) and personalized gift company based in Pomona, CA. Backed by our established 6-year manufacturing facility overseas, we offer unmatched supply chain advantages, premium product quality, and rapid 72-hour fulfillment. We are expanding our North American footprint and seeking highly motivated Sales Representatives to drive our growth. Responsibilities:

• B2B Channel Development: Actively prospect and build relationships with North American offline retail stores, supermarkets, and bulk wholesale buyers.
• E-commerce Platform Sales: Manage and expand sales channels across platforms such as Alibaba International, Shein, and Amazon.
• Sales Conversion: Leverage our highly competitive factory-direct pricing to negotiate contracts, close deals, and build a strong client portfolio.
• Cross-border Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between US clients and our manufacturing team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

Requirements:

• Work Authorization: Must possess a valid US Employment Authorization Document (EAD). Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply! We proudly accept OPT/CPT candidates.
• Language: Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is required to effectively communicate with our overseas production team.
• Skills & Experience: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Previous sales or e-commerce experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training for driven individuals.
