Our supportive team includes experienced GPs, practice nurses and administrative staff who work collaboratively to deliver excellent care, About the Role As our Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in supporting our GPs and ensuring the smooth running of the clinical environment. This is a diverse and rewarding position offering plenty of variety each day. Key responsibilities: · Provide high-quality nursing care and clinical support to GPs · Conduct health assessments, care plans, and immunisations · Perform wound care, ECGs, and other procedural support · Manage recalls, chronic disease programs, and patient education · Maintain accurate patient records and support infection control processes About You You are compassionate, motivated nurse who enjoys working in a team and connecting with your community.
