Duties & Responsibilities:• Report to senior manager.• Prepare scope of works for trades• Prepare take offs for suppliers• Dispatch Plans to trades and suppliers for quoting• Assess quotes and prepare tender comparison schedules• Prepare and dispatch trade contracts• Prepare and dispatch purchase order• Liaise project information with site• Arrange General Orders for site• Assess invoices• Document control• coordinate with consultants and authorities.• Collect & Coordinate defects rectification works• Collect & Compile compliance certificates• Prepare hand over packs.
