We serve buffet and a la carte.We're hiring a Chef and a Cook Role and Responsibilities:Chefs and Cooks are responsible for ensuring that the standard and quality of the food production is always maintained at the highest level.This role is very much hands-on, requiring attention to detail and a positive work attitude. The ideal applicant must:. Have a prior experience working as an Indian Curry Chef /Cook with good knowledge in Indian cuisine and spices. Be passionate about serving the best food, and have an eye for visual display· Be used to working in a fast-paced environment· Be cable to work on their own and enjoy working as part of a team· Ensure all food safety and product specifications are met· Maintain a clean and safe work area Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a commercial cooking environment
• Buffet experience is preferred but no essential
• Must have excellent organisation skills
• Must be punctual, and self-motivated

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, CasualResponsible to: Head ChefSalary range: $60,000 - $70,000 per annum plus superannuation dependent on experience, negotiable.Benefits:
