After Hours Dispatcher

Impact Freight Services is looking for Afterhours Dispatcher to join their Operations Team. Responsibilities will include-

• Enter load tenders
• Responds to all enquiries via email or phone in a timely and professional manner
• Keeps customers informed of all the updates regarding shipments
• Monitor and follow up on pickups and deliveries that happen during their shift
• Report any delays / discrepancy in case counts etc. to customers
• Ensure that delivery times and schedules are met based on customer booking details
• Dispatch drivers as assigned by Operations
• Developing and maintaining good working relationship with Drivers
• Prepare custom documents
• Other duties as required

Qualifications-

• Proven team player
• Attention to details
• Strong problem solving skills
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Dispatch/Customer Service in Trucking Industry is required
• Can provide LMIA

Job Type: Full-timeSchedule:

• Evening shift
• Every Weekend
