From power systems and utilities to sustainable industry and infrastructure, you’ll play a key role in designing and delivering smart, efficient, and future-proof solutions.  About the RoleAs a Lead Electrical Engineer, you’ll take ownership of electrical systems within complex engineering projects across sectors like energy, industry, infrastructure, and urban development. You’ll guide engineering teams, engage with clients, and ensure technical excellence across design, integration, and project execution.Your Key Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• 7+ years of electrical engineering experience, ideally across infrastructure, energy, or utilities
• Solid understanding of power distribution (up to 1,000V), protection systems, and grid connection
• Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD, EPLAN, or similar for electrical design
• Proven experience in leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects
• Fluent in English, comfortable with Afrikaans, and willing to learn a bit of Dutch (or at least how to pronounce “stroopwafel” properly)
• Comfortable working in a client-facing, consultancy-based environment

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• 7+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on instrumentation and control
• Proven leadership in engineering teams or technical project oversight
• In-depth knowledge of low-voltage and control systems (industrial setting)
• Familiarity with electrical design tools and documentation processes
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
