This is a casual position with a clear pathway into a full-time role, progressing into a Crew Leader / Management position for the right candidate.This is not your average job — it’s fast-paced, hands-on, and suited to someone who thrives under pressure and takes pride in delivering premium event setups. About the RoleYou will play a key role in the delivery, installation, and pack-down of event hire equipment across a wide range of events including weddings, corporate functions, and private celebrations. Key responsibilities include:

• Delivery and setup of event furniture including tables, chairs, dance floors, and lighting
• Safe handling, loading, and unloading of equipment
• Assisting with warehouse operations including preparation, maintenance, and inventory tracking
• Ensuring all equipment is presented to a high standard before dispatch
• Working both independently and as part of a team to meet tight deadlines
• Representing the business professionally on-site with clients
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate and private clients
• Supporting smooth event execution from warehouse to venue

• Physically fit and capable of manual labour (this role is hands-on and demanding)
• Strong work ethic and ability to perform under pressure and tight timeframes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-presented and professional
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends and on short notice
• Current WA driver’s licence
• Reliable transport to and from our Belmont warehouse
• Experience driving small trucks

Highly regarded:

• Previous experience in event hire, logistics, or similar roles
• Experience working in a warehouse environment
• Leadership or team supervision experience
