With continued business growth, the venue is expanding its kitchen team and seeking skilled culinary professionals to meet operational needs.About the RoleWe are recruiting an experienced Chef / Senior Chef to join the busy Manly Deck kitchen. This full-time role requires strong culinary expertise, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to perform reliably across various kitchen stations in a high-volume environment.Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present high-quality dishes consistently
• Oversee daily kitchen operations and support service coordination
• Assist with menu items, specials, and recipe development
• Supervise, guide and support junior kitchen staff
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and WHS compliance
• Manage stock rotation, inventory, and minimising food waste
• Ensure high standards of presentation and portion control

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum 2–3 years' experience as a Chef, CDP or Senior Chef
• Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery is required for this position
• Strong practical skills and knowledge of Australian cuisine
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork skills
• Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency
• Visa sponsorship is available for suitable candidates without current Australian work authorization
