- What you'll be doing:Leading a large, talented kitchen team and overseeing all operations
- Driving culinary standards across dim sum, wok, and modern Chinese fine dining
- Working closely with senior management to develop and launch new seasonal menus
- Upholding strict hygiene, safety, and kitchen efficiency standards
- Coaching and developing junior chefs to ensure consistency and progression
- What you'll bring:Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous in a high-quality Chinese restaurant
- Deep knowledge of Chinese cookery, including wok and dim sum techniques
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A calm and organised approach under pressure
- You must already be based in the UK
- English level B1 or above for Skilled Worker visa requirements
