Main Responsibilities
- Promote QA best practices, automation, and software quality across development teams
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities in testing and delivery processes
- Contribute to initiatives related to AI applied to QA, automation, and process optimization
- Support the adoption of testing frameworks, tools, and methodologies
- Work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure quality and efficiency
- Help define standards, governance, and quality guidelines
- Participate in the implementation and evolution of automation and CI/CD pipelines
- Encourage collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement within the team
Required Profile
- Strong experience in QA Automation and/or Software Testing
- Knowledge of automation frameworks and tools
- Experience with Python or other automation-oriented programming languages
- Exposure to or practical experience with AI/GenAI technologies (Prompt Engineering, APIs, intelligent automation, copilots, LLMs, etc.)
- Experience in Agile environments and continuous integration practices
