Juliet, TN; Topeka, KS; Ottawa, Toronto, or Mississauga, CanadaWe are supporting a senior-level Reporting Data Analyst opportunity with a large enterprise organization in the insurance space.This role is ideal for a highly experienced data/reporting professional with deep Property & Casualty insurance domain knowledge, strong SQL skills, and enterprise data warehouse experience. The team is looking for someone who can operate as both a hands-on analyst and a business-facing insurance SME, helping support reporting, data analysis, warehouse processes, and stakeholder needs across a complex enterprise insurance environment.The right person will be comfortable working with senior business and technical teams, understanding insurance data flows, translating business requirements, validating data, and helping build reliable reporting and analytics solutions. What You’ll Be Doing• Support reporting and data analysis initiatives across enterprise insurance data environments• Work with business and technical stakeholders to gather, define, and clarify reporting requirements• Analyze data tied to P&C insurance processes, including policy, claims, billing, financials, and related insurance workflows• Write and validate SQL queries for reporting, analysis, reconciliation, and data quality efforts• Support enterprise data warehouse and reporting processes• Help document business rules, data definitions, source-to-target mappings, and reporting logic• Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure reporting outputs are accurate, meaningful, and aligned with business needs• Assist with data validation, reconciliation, lineage, and warehouse/reporting documentation• Act as a subject matter expert across insurance data and reporting conversations• Support reporting tools, dashboards, datasets, and analytics deliverables as needed What We’re Looking For• 12–13+ years of reporting, data analysis, business intelligence, or related data experience• Strong Property & Casualty insurance domain experience• Ability to speak confidently around insurance data, processes, and business workflows• Enterprise Data Warehouse, DWH, or EDW experience• Strong hands-on SQL experience• Reporting experience in an enterprise environment• Strong stakeholder-facing communication skills• Experience working with senior business and technical teams• Ability to lead conversations, clarify requirements, and support reporting/data warehouse process improvement• Understanding of policy, claims, billing, financial, or insurance data flows Nice to Have• Workers Compensation experience• Commercial Lines experience• Claims analytics experience• MicroStrategy or Power BI• Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter• Genius or SAP experience• Source-to-target mapping• Data lineage documentation• Dimensional modeling, facts, dimensions, and aggregates• Data reconciliation between source systems and warehouse/reporting environments Best-Fit BackgroundThe strongest fit will be someone who has spent significant time in P&C insurance reporting or analytics, understands how insurance data moves across systems, and can work directly with stakeholders while still being hands-on with SQL and data warehouse concepts.This is not a purely technical reporting role.
