We're Hiring: Experienced Chef | Redlands Sporting Club – Brisbane Bayside Location: Wellington Point, Brisbane QLD Position: Full-Time Chef Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 + Super (based on experience) Are you a passionate Chef ready to take your culinary career to the next level? Redlands Sporting Club, a well-established and community-focused venue in the heart of the Brisbane Bayside, is looking for an experienced and motivated Chef to join our high-performing kitchen team. You’ll work alongside our Head Chef in the day-to-day operations of a busy, fast-paced kitchen—delivering quality meals, leading a team, and innovating on the plate. What You'll Be Doing:

1. Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes across a variety of cuisines
2. Leading a team of cooks and assisting in daily kitchen management
3. Developing and testing new menu items and specials
4. Ensuring compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards

What We're Looking For:

1. Demonstrated experience as a Chef in a high-volume kitchen
2. Strong leadership and communication skills
3. Creativity and flair for innovative dishes
4. Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
5. Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations
6. English language proficiency (mandatory for visa sponsorship)
