Key Responsibilities: - Source, evaluate and develop investment opportunities across China in consumer, tech, and green-tech sectors.
- Lead core diligence & financial analysis, owning advanced financial modelling, scenario testing, and commercial evaluation to build a rigorous, investment-ready thesis.
- Prepare high-quality memos & support investment committee discussions, contributing independent, data-backed viewpoints.
- Drive execution across direct & fund investments, coordinating with internal & external stakeholders across legal, tax & finance.
- Support portfolio value-creation efforts with management teams, track performance & indentifying strategic growth levers.
Ideal Candidate: - 2-6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, growth investing, or consulting with strong financial modelling & analytical foundations.
- Demonstrated interest in investing - able to articulate a clear investment philosophy and informed views on China's market dynamics.
- Exposure to China markets (OR) working on transactions involving China or China-focused clients.
- Strong commercial judgment, comfort operating in a lean team, and a willingness to take ownership across both investment & portfolio workstreams.
- Flueny in English & Mandarin is mandatory.
