PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM AVAILABLE!We believe in complete transparency - We pay Annual Salary + Super + $3000 CPD Point allowance + Yearly Promotions + Yearly bonus + 4 Weeks Annual Leave + Sick Leave + Employee of the month bonus!Who we’re looking for:
  • You’ll hold a Bachelor or Masters degree in Speech Pathology (or equivalent) and be eligible for SPA CPSP membership.
  • You’ll ideally have experience working within an acute care hospital setting, however new graduates/early career clinicians will still be considered.
  • You’ll ideally have knowledge of and/or experience in instrumental assessments (VFSS and/or FEES).
  • You’ll demonstrate excellent time management skills with the ability to priorities responsibilities.
  • You’ll be a strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Weekend work available (only if you want to).

What makes you the right candidate?
  • Relevant Degree qualifications in Speech Pathology
  • Previous clinical experience as a Speech Pathologist with working knowledge of AAC
  • Experience within NDIS and the disability support sector
  • Well-developed understanding of Dysphagia and mealtime management
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills teamed with the ability to work autonomously
  • Membership with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Experience supporting Autism Spectrum Disorder, Early Intervention, literacy and social skills is desirable
  • All successful applicants must have or be willing to obtain a Drivers License, National Police Check, Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance prior to commencement
  • If you have at least the majority of the above skills/experiences, we're happy to assist you in obtaining the rest
