Job type: Permanent, Full-time Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm

The Opportunity
It is an exciting time to join our industry leading RTO to deliver the CHC32015 Certificate III in Community Services in a face-face classroom environment to our job seeker domestic students from our Maddington and Mirrabooka location.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and inspirational face to face training sessions in accordance with the RTO's standards and guidelines
• Provide support and guidance to students through innovative and exciting learning opportunities
• Assess and support student competency and achievement through one on one and group training
• Conduct student placement visits
• Provide constructive feedback on learning resources and training products
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recent or current experience in an aged care role and maintained your vocational currency
• 1+ years’ experience in delivering VET training
• Ability to engage with a diverse cohort and deliver engaging classroom sessions motivating students to progress their own learning
• Strong computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Great time management with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Current Working with Children Check
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence
• Qualifications
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
• Certificate III Community Services
