Job type: Permanent, Full-time Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm
The OpportunityIt is an exciting time to join our industry leading RTO to deliver the CHC32015 Certificate III in Community Services in a face-face classroom environment to our job seeker domestic students from our Maddington and Mirrabooka location.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct engaging and inspirational face to face training sessions in accordance with the RTO's standards and guidelines
- Provide support and guidance to students through innovative and exciting learning opportunities
- Assess and support student competency and achievement through one on one and group training
- Conduct student placement visits
- Provide constructive feedback on learning resources and training products
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation
Requirements- Minimum of 2 years of recent or current experience in an aged care role and maintained your vocational currency
- 1+ years’ experience in delivering VET training
- Ability to engage with a diverse cohort and deliver engaging classroom sessions motivating students to progress their own learning
- Strong computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Great time management with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
- Qualifications
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Certificate III Community Services
