We are seeking skilled Power Platform Engineers to support the design, development, and administration of solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform. This role will focus on building scalable, secure, and maintainable applications while driving governance, data management, and platform adoption across the organization. These are hands-on role working closely with developers, business stakeholders, and enterprise teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet evolving business needs.
Tasks
- Design and implement solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI
- Manage data structures, integrations, and security models within the Power Platform
- Oversee application lifecycle management (ALM) including deployments, versioning, and environment promotion
- Administer and manage Power Platform environments, including capacity, licensing, and access controls
- Establish and enforce governance policies, standards, and best practices
- Monitor system performance, conduct audits, and maintain platform documentation
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications, flows, and environments
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Promote adoption and effective use of the Power Platform across the organization

Skills Required:
- 4+ years of experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps, deployment, permissions)
- 3+ years of experience with Power Automate (flows, connections, gateways, triggers/actions)
- 4+ years of experience with Dataverse (data modeling, relationships, security roles, data management)
- 3+ years of experience with Azure Active Directory / Entra ID (user/group management, authentication, conditional access)
- 2+ years of experience with Power Platform governance (DLP policies, environment strategy, auditing/logging)
- 2+ years of experience with Power BI (workspace management, datasets, report deployment, security)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
Skills Desired – A plus to have:
- Experience with Power Platform ALM tools and source control (Git)
- Scripting experience using PowerShell for automation and environment management
- Experience with Power Pages (portal development, security, Dataverse integration)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform solutions
- Microsoft certifications such as: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200) and/or Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
