Windows Engineer – Build and Scale Next-Gen Cloud Infrastructure Location: Singapore Are you the kind of engineer who thrives on solving complex challenges and driving cutting-edge cloud automation? This is your chance to own a high-impact Windows and Azure platform, powering a global technology-driven business at the forefront of automation, data, and innovation.
We’re looking for a Windows Engineer with deep Microsoft Azure expertise and a relentless focus on reliability, automation, and performance. You’ll be building, scaling, and modernizing hybrid cloud systems, automating processes that others still do by hand, and crafting elegant solutions that directly support a global, high-performance environment.
The firm is open to candidates from outside Singapore, and will pay for relocation and provide Visa sponsorship where required.
What You’ll Do: - Engineer and operate modern, hybrid cloud Windows infrastructure with a focus on automation and resilience.
- Design and deploy Azure VDI environments, IaaS resources, and leverage cloud-native tools for performance and scale.
- Use PowerShell wizardry to automate operational tasks and harden systems.
- Introduce configuration-as-code (Salt, Ansible, DSC) to reduce operational overhead and improve system consistency.
- Own end-to-end engineering of Windows environments, from event log aggregation (ELK, Splunk) to CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins).
- Spot inefficiencies, design smarter systems, and ensure high availability, scalability, and security are built into everything.
What We’re Looking For: - 10+ years working with Microsoft tech stacks (Windows Server, SQL Server, Active Directory, Autopilot, Intune, Windows 365).
- Experience building and managing enterprise-scale VDI solutions.
- Proven expertise in Azure, from IaaS resources to automation pipelines.
- A configuration-as-code evangelist, fluent with Salt, Ansible, or DSC.
- Strong CI/CD experience—bonus points for PowerShell-based workflows with Jenkins.
- Strong troubleshooting instincts and a problem-solver’s mindset.
- A design philosophy focused on security, business continuity, and performance.
Why You’ll Love It Here: This isn’t your typical IT gig—this is a chance to shape infrastructure at the heart of a global technology powerhouse.
- Work alongside elite technologists and engineers who love pushing boundaries.
- A culture where great ideas win, no matter where they come from.
- Global exposure—travel opportunities and cross-office collaboration.
- A dynamic environment that feels like a startup, but with serious scale.
