Your Role (Fundraisers):

• Approach, engage, and build rapport with the public.
• Inspire regular financial support for vital causes (minimum two-year commitment).
• Clearly communicate charity impact and urgency.
• Physically active role (standing 2-3 hours at a time).

Earnings:

• Base Salary: $70,707 p.a. (inc. super)
• Realistic OTE: $85,000+ p.a. (uncapped)

Ideal for You if You Have:

• Minimum 3 months experience in face-to-face fundraising, sales, or similar direct engagement.
• Confidence to proactively start meaningful conversations.
• Resilience (you will bounce back and allow rejection to slide past you), empathy, and passion for making a difference.

Leadership Opportunities:

• Local Manager: Base $80,808 p.a. | OTE $109K+
• Lead and coach a small team.
• 6+ months experience preferred.
• Regional Manager: Base $90,101 p.a. | OTE $132K+
• Strategic leadership of multiple teams.
• 12+ months experience preferred.
