Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage guest travel arrangements, including airport transfers and local transport
- Provide travel assistance and information to guests in a professional and timely manner
- Oversee daily travel desk operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
- Liaise with external transport providers and vendors to arrange services and maintain standards
- Monitor bookings, schedules, and service quality to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Handle guest enquiries, requests, and complaints in line with company standards
- Maintain records of travel arrangements and ensure compliance with company procedures
- Support cost control by managing bookings in line with agreed rates and budgets
Requirements- Previous experience in travel coordination, concierge, or hospitality services
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple bookings and priorities effectively

- Proficiency in booking systems and standard IT applications
