Job Title: Travel Desk Manager Role OverviewResponsible for managing the travel desk operations within the company, ensuring efficient coordination of guest transportation and travel-related services while maintaining high standards of customer service. Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage guest travel arrangements, including airport transfers and local transport
  • Provide travel assistance and information to guests in a professional and timely manner
  • Oversee daily travel desk operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
  • Liaise with external transport providers and vendors to arrange services and maintain standards
  • Monitor bookings, schedules, and service quality to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Handle guest enquiries, requests, and complaints in line with company standards
  • Maintain records of travel arrangements and ensure compliance with company procedures
  • Support cost control by managing bookings in line with agreed rates and budgets

Requirements
  • Previous experience in travel coordination, concierge, or hospitality services
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple bookings and priorities effectively
  • Customer-focused approach with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in booking systems and standard IT applications
