Job Description Operations Executive Seamaritime Agency Pte Ltd | Singapore | Full-Time About Us Seamaritime Agency is a Singapore-based ship agency serving oil tankers calling at the Port of Singapore for cargo operations, owners matters, and bunkering. We operate in one of the world's busiest ports and work directly with shipowners, charterers, port authorities, and suppliers. The Role We're looking for a motivated Operations Executive to join our team. You'll be trained from the ground up on all aspects of ship agency operations - from coordinating vessel arrivals and departures to liaising with port authorities, suppliers, and principals. What You'll Do

• Coordinate port calls for oil tankers from pre-arrival through departure
• Liaise with MPA, PSA, terminal operators, and port service providers
• Handle owners matters: crew changes, ship chandling, spares delivery, cash advances
• Coordinate bunkering arrangements and documentation
• Prepare and submit port disbursement accounts (DA)
• Maintain real-time communication with shipowners and charterers
• Handle after-hours operational matters on rotation

What We're Looking For

• No prior experience required - full training provided
• Background in shipping, logistics, or maritime is an advantage (faster onboarding)
• Strong communication skills - you'll deal with international counterparts daily
• Able to work under pressure and respond quickly
• Comfortable with irregular hours (ship ops don't follow a 9-to-5)
• Minimum Secondary School (O-Level) or Diploma in any discipline. Degree holders welcome.

Compensation

• Basic + variable component
• Total package: SGD $3,500 - $4,500/month
• Take-home approximately SGD $4,000/month after CPF deduction
• Open to Singapore Citizens, PRs, and Employment Pass holders
