We're looking for a commercially sharp, kitchen-confident Head Chef to take the reins at one of South Australia's most exciting upcoming venue relaunches.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a role where you genuinely shape the food culture — menu, team, standards — from the ground up.
─────────────────────────────What you'll own:─────────────────────────────• Full kitchen leadership — service, standards, culture• Menu development and seasonal evolution• Food cost, labour and kitchen P&L• Building and mentoring your own team• Supplier relationships and stock management
─────────────────────────────What we're looking for:─────────────────────────────• Experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume pub, hotel or restaurant• Strong food costing and menu development background• A leader who gets the best out of people• Commercially aware — you understand GP and COS
