Role Overview:

- Pricing Analytics
- Statistical Modeling
- Credit Risk Analytics
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics and statistical models to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Oversee pricing strategy, risk management, and model development processes across consumer lending portfolios.
- Manage and mentor analytics teams, providing strategic direction and technical expertise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business performance and enhance data-driven insights.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and ensure models adhere to best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in an analytics or modeling role within the auto finance or consumer lending industry.
- Proficiency in R, Python, or SAS, with a strong understanding of statistical modeling techniques.
- Demonstrated experience managing teams and driving large-scale analytics initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex analytical concepts to senior leadership.
