About the Company - Our client's dynamic Team as a Senior Manager in Assurance is looking for a driven Senior Manager in Assurance to lead high-impact engagements across diverse sectors in the United Kingdom.

About the Role - Are you an ambitious Assurance professional currently at Senior Manager level or above, with at least 10-15 years experience? Responsibilities

• Leading High-Profile Audits: Direct comprehensive audit engagements, ensuring excellence and adherence to international and local standards.
• Client Leadership: Build and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a strategic advisor and trusted partner.
• Mentoring and Team Development: Guide, develop, and inspire your team, fostering a collaborative culture of continuous learning.
• Risk Advisory: Identify, assess, and advise on audit risks, supporting strategic decision-making for our diverse client base.

Qualifications - ACA or equivalent international audit qualification.

Required Skills

• Audit Leadership: Currently at Senior Manager level or above with 10-15 years of relevant experience, demonstrating significant experience leading audit teams.
• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of auditing standards and experience with IFRS and local GAAP.
• Exceptional Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships. Proven ability to be proactive, self-motivated, and drive initiatives independently.
