Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Supply Chain Analyst role based in Phoenix, AZ. The Supply Chain Analyst will collect, analyze, and interpret data to support demand planning, inventory optimization, and overall supply chain performance. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, tracking order fulfillment, and identifying bottlenecks or process gaps across supply chain operations. The role will collaborate with procurement, logistics, operations, and finance teams to align supply with demand, improve forecast accuracy, and reduce costs. The Supply Chain Analyst will prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership, recommend process improvements, and support the implementation of supply chain tools and best practices.
Qualifications
  • Strong demand planning and forecasting skills, with experience using data to anticipate and align supply with customer and business needs.
  • Advanced analytical skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets, dashboards, and data visualization or reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, and order fulfillment processes.
  • Hands-on experience with inventory management practices, metrics, and systems to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce waste.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and explain data-driven insights.
  • Experience with ERP or supply chain management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in IT, technology, or staffing-related supply chain environments is a plus but not required.
