Social Media Marketing Manager

This is an on-site role — perfect for someone who enjoys collaborating in a creative studio environment and is eager to grow their digital marketing career across content creation, SEO, and paid media. What You’ll Do:

• Develop and manage creative social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.
• Create original content (photos, videos, graphics) and edit using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Canva.
• Learn and grow within the Adobe Suite and other creative tools as needed.
• Write SEO-optimized website/blog content and support ongoing content strategy for Google visibility.
• Set up, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to support lead generation and conversions.
• Engage with followers and respond to leads via social platforms to help convert inquiries into customers.
• Collaborate with vendors, photographers, clients, and the wider internal team to bring each brand story to life.
• Monitor analytics, report on performance, and adjust strategy based on data insights.
• Stay up-to-date with trends, tools, and emerging best practices across digital marketing.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in social media management and digital content creation, supported by a strong portfolio.
• Strong working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and associated scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Experience or willingness to learn SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, Yoast) and Google Ads.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Creativity and attention to detail, with a solid understanding of brand consistency and visual storytelling.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• A positive, self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the team.
• Degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or related field is preferred but not essential.
• Experience in or enthusiasm for interior design, sustainable architecture, or eco-conscious products.
