Start Date from 1st January, 2025Responsible, hands-on, and customer-focused one or couple manager to join our team. This position is at one of our busy motels in Goulburn NSW2 bedrooms units provided as manager residence. Comfortable and clean 28 rooms and some cabins. Linen outsourced, Towels and pillow cases washed on sites by managers. we have good cleaners staff in place. Lovely garden and ground needs good attention, manager needs to be very hands- on, good at gardening and repair/ maintenance. No Pool and Restaurant on site, only cook hot and continental breakfast which served in the room. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Overseeing daily operations of the motel, including check-in and check-out procedures, housekeeping, maintenance, and staff managementEnsuring a high level of customer service and satisfactionManaging budgets, financial reporting and bookkeepingDeveloping and implementing sales and marketing strategies to increase revenueMaintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security throughout the property The ideal candidate(s) will possess the following skills and qualifications:Previous experience in motel or hotel managementExperience and Hands-on skills are must !General maintenance and gardening skills required Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsStrong financial and budgeting skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environmentAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBasic computer skills, including knowledge of property management systems If you are a driven individual or a couple looking for a new challenge in the hospitality industry, we want to hear from you!This is a live-in full time / contract position, offering competitive salary package with accommodation provided. $300-350 + GST per day, plus annual bonus with good experience and revenue performance. working holiday experienced couple are welcome, with possible visa sponsorship.Preferred Manager to have own ACN/ABNor on full time Role packageStart: ASAP for 6moths or 12 month contract or longer Please send your resume and cover letter to [email protected].
