The RoleThis is a hands-on sales role focused on generating new business and building long-term customer relationships.Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and approaching new customers (restaurants, cafés, takeaways, distributors)
- Conducting telesales and face-to-face meetings
- Building and managing your own sales pipeline
- Negotiating and closing deals
- Maintaining relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business
Requirements- Previous experience in sales (telesales or field sales preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and work towards targets
- Proactive, resilient and results-driven
- Willingness to travel and meet clients regularly
Preferred but not essential:
- Experience in food packaging or F&B industry
- Existing network within restaurants or takeaway businesses
What We Offer- £29,000 – £35,000 base salary
- 2% commission on total sales
