The RoleAs a Level 3 Practitioner, you’ll play a central role in planning and delivering engaging, play-based activities for children aged 0–5 years. You’ll work closely with parents and colleagues to support every child’s:

• Cognitive development
• Language and communication skills
• Physical growth and wellbeing
• Emotional and social development
• Creativity and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities

• Create a warm, safe, and stimulating environment for children.
• Use your expertise to plan, implement, and evaluate age-appropriate activities.
• Support and extend children’s learning through observation, interaction, and play.
• Build positive partnerships with parents, keeping them informed and involved.
• Encourage social skills and teamwork among children.
• Apply up-to-date child development knowledge to everyday practice.
