Kew Vet & Cattery is offering a rare opportunity for an experienced veterinarian to step into a rewarding Lead Veterinarian role within our thriving, community-focused practice. What we’re looking for: We're seeking a veterinarian who is passionate about high-quality medicine and inspiring those around them. You'll ideally:
  • Have strong GP clinical and surgical skills with confidence managing a varied caseload.
  • Enjoy mentoring and supporting colleagues to help them grow.
  • Be passionate about delivering exceptional patient and client care.
  • Work collaboratively and contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture.
  • Be interested in helping drive clinical excellence and continuous improvement within the clinic.
  • Previous leadership experience is preferred but not essential - we welcome applications from experienced Senior Veterinarians looking to take the next step into a Lead role.
