Project & Client Services Assistant – EB-5 Immigration & Real EstateLocation: Pasadena, California
Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Compensation: Starting at $55,000 per year, plus bonus(will explain in person how it works)

Our work involves supporting EB-5-related projects, communicating with clients and investors, organizing project documentation, coordinating with outside professionals, and assisting with real estate project operations.We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Project & Client Services Assistant who is interested in developing long-term expertise in both the immigration investment and real estate industries.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys client communication, project coordination, document organization, financial record support, and learning about U.S. immigration policy and real estate development processes.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Services and EB-5 Project Support
  • Assist with ongoing communication and follow-up with clients and prospective investors.
  • Organize and maintain client files, project documents, forms, contracts, and supporting materials.
  • Track outstanding documentation, client requests, submission timelines, and follow-up items.
  • Assist the team with EB-5-related project documentation and investor service matters.
  • Conduct basic research and monitor updates relating to U.S. immigration policies and EB-5 program developments under management supervision.
  • Coordinate with attorneys, consultants, and other outside professionals regarding project-related documentation and administrative matters.
  • Maintain professional, responsive, and service-oriented communication with clients.

Administrative and Financial Support
  • Assist with bookkeeping support, invoice organization, expense tracking, payment records, and financial document filing.
  • Support the preparation and organization of internal reports, expense allocations, and project-related financial records.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical files for clients, projects, vendors, and corporate records.
  • Assist with scheduling, office administration, correspondence, and other operational matters.
  • Perform other duties reasonably related to company projects and office operations.

Required Qualifications
  • Strong interest in learning about U.S. immigration policies, EB-5 investment projects, and real estate development or investment matters.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential client and business information responsibly.
  • Strong customer service mindset with professional, patient, and responsive communication skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site in Pasadena, California.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial work environment.
  • Interest in a stable, long-term position with opportunities to take on increasing responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a U.S. immigration law firm, immigration service company, EB-5 project, regional center, or related professional environment.
  • Familiarity with immigration-related client documentation, investor files, source-of-funds materials, or case follow-up procedures.
  • Previous experience in real estate development, real estate investment, project coordination, property-related documentation, or construction/development administration.
  • Experience with bookkeeping, QuickBooks, invoicing, expense tracking, accounts payable, or financial document organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Starting compensation of $55,000 per year + Bonus, with final compensation determined based on experience and qualifications.
