As we continue to grow and expand into technology-led security solutions, we are seeking a strategic and commercially minded Management Adviser & Consultant to support our next phase of development.
Role Overview:The Management Adviser & Consultant will work closely with the Director and senior leadership team to improve operational efficiency, strengthen compliance systems, increase profitability, and support long-term business growth.
This is a strategic role suited to someone with strong business, financial, and operational experience — ideally within the security, facilities management, or service-based industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and optimise company operations, structure, and internal processes.
- Advise on cost control, margin improvement, and pricing strategy.
- Support contract management and performance monitoring.
- Strengthen regulatory compliance (including SIA, ISO standards, and industry best practices).
- Develop scalable systems for workforce management and service delivery.
- Identify growth opportunities and assist in strategic planning.
- Support tender preparation and commercial negotiations.
- Implement performance tracking frameworks and KPIs.
- Advise on technology integration within security operations.
Candidate Requirements:
- Degree in Business Management, Finance, Operations Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in management consulting, operations advisory, or senior management.
- Strong understanding of UK business regulations and compliance frameworks.
- Experience within security, facilities management, construction, or service industries preferred.
- Strong analytical and financial planning skills.
- Ability to work directly with senior leadership and provide strategic guidance.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
Desirable:
- Experience scaling small to medium-sized enterprises.
- Knowledge of remote monitoring or security technology services.
- Experience with financial modelling and forecasting.
