What You’ll Do:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and design personalized care plans
• Treat a wide range of outpatient cases: ortho, post-op, chronic pain
• Collaborate with wellness pros for holistic treatment
• Maintain timely and compliant documentation
• Participate in growth opportunities, clinical or leadership track

What We're Looking For:

• Licensed PT in New York (or in process)
• Excellent communication and commitment to patient care
• Team-oriented with a growth mindset
• Bilingual skills (e.g., Spanish, Arabic) are a plus
